Key Responsibilities
- The Staff Engineer develops,optimizes, and characterizes cell film thin film processes (ALD/CVD) to meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability targets, and supports scaling of cell film processes across nodes and platforms.
- Owns defined portions of a module/sub-module under guidance
- Tracks margins, sensitivities, and integration risks
- Drives issue resolution within assigned scope.
- Operates as a cross-functional contributor who translates experiment outcomes into actionable process improvements.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications / Experience PhD≥3 yrs, or Master's ≥5yrs, or Bachelor's ≥7yrs of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field, With experience in thin film R&D for microelectronic devise, with a proventrack recordof leading complex technology development Must-Have Technical Skills Strong fundamentals in ALD/CVD and materials characterization
- Working knowledge of plasma processes, vacuum systems, and chemical reactions
- Ability to link process conditions to material properties and device behavior.
- Familiarity with electrical test methods andfabmetrology tools Understanding of NAND cell structures and basic device physics Must-Have Soft Skills Structured problem-solving and learning agility in an R&D environment.
