Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications / Experience PhD≥8yrs, or Master's ≥11yrs, or Bachelor's ≥13yrs of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field, Experience in thin film R&D for microelectronic devices, withdemonstratedcontributions to complextechnologydevelopment Familiarity with electrical test methods andfabmetrology tool Must-Have Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with ALD/CVD thin film processes for microelectronic devices, including recipe setup, process tuning, monitoring, and fixing in an R&D orfabenvironment.
- Proficient in film andfabmetrology tools (e.g., ellipsometry, XRR, SEM/TEM, CD‑SEM, thickness measurement, particle counters) to support process monitoring, defect analysis, and yield improvement .
- Solid understanding of process integration , with the ability to use SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis tooptimizeprocesses, resolve excursions, and implement corrective actions.
- Working knowledge of NAND cell structures, basic device physics , plasma processes, vacuum systems, and chemical reactions, with the ability to relate process conditions to material and device behavior .
- Experience supporting technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing , developing SOPs and documentation, and communicating technical findings clearly acrosscross‑functionalteams while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Must-Have Soft Skills Structured problem-solving and learning agility in an R&D environment.
