Key Responsibilities
- Define and steward enterprise-wide, long-term photolithography technology vision and strategic roadmaps.
- Provide enterprise-level technical leadership, influencing development and integration strategy across teams.
- Sponsor long-range pathfinding initiatives for future nodes and architectures, de-risking novel concepts.
- Mentor next-generation technical leaders and serve as a technical authority across R&D and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications / Experience PhD≥15yrs, or Master's ≥17yrs, of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field,withdemonstratedexperience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
