Key Responsibilities
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
- Define and translate process, equipment, and automation requirements in partnership with Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, and IT teams.
- Develop and review automation system requirements, including tool automation, AMHS, stockers, and ASRS interfaces .
- Support system change management , including UAT, issue resolution, and production deployment.
- Establish andmaintain automation and integration standards for tools, layouts, WIP carriers (FOUPs, cassettes, magazines, JEDEC trays, PCB racks), and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor's degree in engineering(Mechanical/Electronic/Data Science) orEngineering-related field.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High levelof self-motivation.
- Good teamwork and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on effective team dynamics.
