Key Responsibilities
- As the Operations Central Team (OCT) Pump, Abatement and Chiller (PAC) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be building growth mindset, facilitate and drive improvement on Micron PAC engineering globally, driving global business processes, and enabling the leverage of world-wide resources to deliver industry benchmark methods.
- And you are also responsible for leading the activities to achieve the Best in Class (BIC) PAC performance across the network and industry.
- You are encouraged to work closely with the sites to identify areas of opportunities and analyze their performance-to-plan data to improve PAC performance.
- Lead and continuously improve the PAC business processes, continual improvement project and BKM alignment
- Review and lead current Micron Sites PAC performance, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance.
- Lead PAC alignment and improvement to meet Micron PAC objectives.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Engineering Min 5 years of relevant wafer fab experience, preferably with experience in PAC Project management experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
