Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and optimize client event experiences
- Interpret client needs and respond to queries
- Assist clients in adhering to rules and regulations
- Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints
- Handle MIC and Local groups from introduction to execution
- Handle Internal Stakeholder events
Requirements
- Diploma and above or event related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Project management skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a deadline-driven team environment
