Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, excellent service to all Guests.
- Assist staff with preparation and table set up.
- Handle and solve guest concerns and questions.
- Supervise servers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support Assistant Manager and Department in achieving goals.
- Escort guests to their seats and manage seating arrangements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year at supervisory level.
- Willing to work various shifts, including public holidays.
- Pleasing and helpful attitude towards guests.
- Ability to handle telephone messages and reservations.
- Ability to direct guests and manage seating.
