- Support the Executive Chef and team in kitchen operations.
- Act as a coordination point for communication.
- Establish grooming standards.
- Assist in menu elaboration, recipe cards, and plating guides.
- Ensure quality of food items according to standards.
- Monitor food production for compliance with recipes and specifications.
