Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests tactfully and offer alternative solutions.
- Provide general secretarial support to clients.
- Deal with enquiries via walk-ins, calls, and email.
- Ensure smooth running of the Centre and its day-to-day operations.
- Assist in coordinating department events and organize team building events.
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness of working areas.
Requirements
- Secondary education preferred.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Pleasant personality and able to communicate with guests.
- Willing to work various shifts, including public holidays.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
