Key Responsibilities
- Drive business from Vietnam markets with the sales team.
- Foster a culture of communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Promote Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and Las Vegas Sands properties.
- Grow and maintain assigned book of business through personalized sales.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage budgets and complimentaries for customer profitability.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, relationship marketing, hospitality, or related role preferred within Vietnam market.
- Highly motivated, self-manageable, and sales-driven.
- Customer-centric and service-oriented.
- Proven organizational skills and time management capability.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
