Key Responsibilities
- Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
- Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
- Assist with restaurant preparation and setting up.
- Stock and inspect amenities and utensils.
- Assist guests with requests and conduct suggestive selling.
- Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes.
- Diploma in any field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact roles.
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
