Key Responsibilities
- Perform job tasks as instructed by Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs.
- Adapt to business needs and work various shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in culinary work areas.
- Monitor food production for quality and adherence to recipes.
- Ensure proper storage of food products.
- Use equipment safely and properly.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma and Certification in Culinary Arts or Patisserie or Bakery.
- 1-3 years of experience as a culinary arts, pastry or bakery professional.
- Able to identify raw materials and differentiate cuisines.
- Basic cooking and sanitary knowledge.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Willing and able to work shift work.
