  • Adapt to business needs and work various shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in culinary work areas.
  • Monitor food production for quality and adherence to recipes.
  • Ensure proper storage of food products.
  • Use equipment safely and properly.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma and Certification in Culinary Arts or Patisserie or Bakery.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a culinary arts, pastry or bakery professional.
  • Able to identify raw materials and differentiate cuisines.
  • Basic cooking and sanitary knowledge.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Willing and able to work shift work.
