Requirements
- Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5years of relevant experience in Finance and/or IT functions, preferably within the hospitality or similarly complex operational environment.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on project management experience, including managing system or process initiatives end to end (e.g. requirements gathering, coordination with stakeholders, UAT, and implementation support).
- Other Prerequisites
- Strong attention to detail with well‑developed analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid working knowledge of hospitality systems, including Point‑of‑Sale (POS), Inventory Management, Property Management Systems (Opera), and other related operational platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio.
