Key Responsibilities
- Deliver designated project area within approved budget.
- Oversee identification, tagging, and securing of specimen plant and hardscape materials.
- Develop procurement timelines accounting for biological growth and global logistics.
- Lead negotiations for high-value supply contracts.
- Direct all phases of site works including earthworks, drainage, irrigation, and planting.
- Implement rigorous site inspections for quality control and adherence to horticultural standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Thorough understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability certifications, and local building codes.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in landscape construction, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects like public parks or luxury resorts.
- Experience in specimen tree tagging and managing international logistics for live biological assets.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or Procore).
