Key Responsibilities
- Execute core butler tasks with accountability for assigned guests.
- Study guest profiles and conduct pre-arrival preparations.
- Respond to guests professionally via various communication channels.
- Assist with bookings, reservations, and guest queries.
- Prepare suites, conduct meet and greets, and customize itineraries.
- Serve amenities, manage room services, and orchestrate celebrations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Property Management System and operational systems (FCS, LDS, POS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Marina Bay Sands is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
