Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations for smooth and efficient service.
- Implement and monitor SOPs for consistent service quality.
- Lead pre-service briefings and ensure operational readiness.
- Provide guidance and conduct on-job training for staff.
- Serve as escalation point for guest issues and service recovery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of F&B experience.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
