- Escort guests to seats and provide friendly service.
- Assist staff with preparation and table setup.

- Handle telephone messages and reservations politely.
- Direct guests to tables and scatter them evenly.
- Handle and solve customer concerns and questions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience at a supervisory level.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.
