Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly Orientation Programme.
- Provide administrative and operational support for L&D programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors.
- Maintain and update training records in Workday Learning.
- Assist in the preparation of training reports and dashboards.
- Perform other HR or TD&M-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management or related field.
