Key Responsibilities
- Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
- Provide friendly and excellent service to all guests.
- Assist with restaurant preparation and stocking of amenities.
- Conduct suggestive selling and upsell menu items.
- Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation inquiries.
- Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; Diploma is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year in guest service / guest contact roles, preferably in hospitality.
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
