- Ensure team members adhere to standard operating procedures and policies.
- Update team members attendance and temperature log sheet.
- Observe department’s standard operating procedures.
- Provide excellent service to customers promptly, friendly, and courteously.
- Handle customer requests tactfully and rectify complaints.
- Perform crowd control for big events and guard tours.
Requirements
- Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude.
- Able to handle job functions and provide customer service.
- To be cross trained and competent at the cross-trained location.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
