Key Responsibilities
- Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
- Provide friendly and excellent service.
- Assist with restaurant preparation and setup.
- Handle guest requests and conduct suggestive selling.
- Manage restaurant reservations via phone and email.
- Perform cashiering duties, including POS operation and cash handling.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes.
- Diploma in any field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role.
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
