Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement service requisitions and contracts (e.g., services, maintenance).
- Prepare, issue, and administer procurement packages and contract documentation.
- Negotiate competitive terms, manage risk allocation, and liabilities.
- Source, qualify, and select vendors; run competitive bids.
- Ensure compliance with local SOPs, regulations, and internal governance.
- Administer the contract lifecycle from award through closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, facilities management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in contract management or construction management.
- Knowledge of financial and cost management, contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence management, team members, and suppliers.
