Key Responsibilities
- Perform unannounced, undercover evaluations of the hotel.
- Analyze evaluation data to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues.
- Collaborate with the training team to co-develop training content.
- Set performance benchmarks and establish continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and regular reports for business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Quality Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of quality standards (e.g., Forbes Travel Guide).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
