About the role
Lead a facilities electrical and fire life safety section to maintain facilities in the Integrated Resort, including Casino, Hotel, MICE, F&B, Entertainment, and Attractions. Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safe working environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead facilities electrical and fire life safety section for Integrated Resort maintenance.
- Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and directives.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders for operation, maintenance, and project activities.
- Implement effective fire safety management program.
- Ensure safe working environment for team members and contractors.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification(s) in Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
- At least 10 years solid hand-on practical engineer experience in large-scale properties.
- At least 2 years in a similar capacity is an advantage.
- A capable leader with integrity, passion, knowledge and drive for improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills.
- Strong planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
