- Drive business from defined target markets (Japan/Korea).
- Support a culture of communication and collaboration within teams.
- Promote Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and its affiliated properties.
- Grow and maintain assigned book of business through personalized sales engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, relationship marketing, or hospitality.
- Experience preferred in Japan/Korea Market.
- Highly motivated, self-manageable, and sales-driven.
- Customer-centric and service-oriented.
- Proven organizational skills and time management capability.
