Key Responsibilities
- Provide an impactful presence in the hotel lobby, creating meaningful connections with guests.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a fond farewell upon departure.
- Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, and with a smile.
- Interact with guests to enhance the service experience with hotel services and facilities.
- Respond to guest feedback and take appropriate actions.
- Support front desk operations with queue management for a smooth check-in experience.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a guest relations role within a hotel, airline, or F&B establishment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, airline, luxury fashion, entertainment, or customer-service related industry.
- English language fluency is required.
- Able to stand for long hours.
- Willing to work any day and any shift.
