Key Responsibilities

  • Update and manage daily rate and availability across all distribution channels.
  • Monitor connected systems for proper functioning, including reservation integrations.
  • Maintain updated content (texts, images, amenities, policies) on OTAs, GDS, and third-party portals.
  • Set up offers, promotions, and packages across relevant systems.
  • Perform system audits in PMS/CRS and third-party platforms for rate, availability, and content accuracy.
  • Monitor channel performance, rate parity, and system discrepancies, escalating and correcting issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • Prior hotel experience (front office, reservations, revenue, or operations) required.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Opera PMS is a must.
  • Strong interest in hotel systems and distribution technology.
  • Good Excel skills and comfort working with digital tools.
