Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage daily rate and availability across all distribution channels.
- Monitor connected systems for proper functioning, including reservation integrations.
- Maintain updated content (texts, images, amenities, policies) on OTAs, GDS, and third-party portals.
- Set up offers, promotions, and packages across relevant systems.
- Perform system audits in PMS/CRS and third-party platforms for rate, availability, and content accuracy.
- Monitor channel performance, rate parity, and system discrepancies, escalating and correcting issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related field.
- Prior hotel experience (front office, reservations, revenue, or operations) required.
- Familiarity with Oracle Opera PMS is a must.
- Strong interest in hotel systems and distribution technology.
- Good Excel skills and comfort working with digital tools.
