Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate and execute best-in-class campaigns for Hotel, Wellness, MICE and Nightlife portfolios.
  • Develop, execute and manage short- and long-term plans across online and offline integrated campaigns.
  • Analyze market and competitive trends to initiate new campaigns and promotions.
  • Oversee campaign planning, resource allocation, and manage paid media budget.
  • Manage the creative development of all marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Oversee content creation—including photography, videography, and graphics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years in marketing roles, preferably in the Hospitality sector.
  • Expertise in full-funnel marketing strategies across traditional and innovative marketing techniques.
  • Learned understanding of the media landscape within Asia Pacific.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Time-management proficiency, managing multiple priorities.
