Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level professional secretarial and administrative support.
  • Maintain executive's appointment schedule, conferences, and travel.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and collect information.
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
  • Liaise with other departments to maintain efficiency.
  • Record and transcribe minutes of meetings.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of five years solid experience in similar capacity.
  • Working hours may be irregular for arrangement of travels and other business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet Explorer.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently, meticulous and detail-oriented.
