Assist in overseeing Revenue Management operations. Yield, manage occupancy and ADR daily to maximize profitability. Understand market segments and work with departments to develop strategic programs. Train analysts, participate in planning programs for customer attraction, and manage operational systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the operations of the Revenue Management team.
- Yield, manage occupancy and ADR daily to maximize profitability.
- Understand needs of different market segments and work with departments.
- Work closely with departments to implement revenue recovery programs.
- Train and develop analysts in the team.
- Develop and analyze required reports and statistics.
Requirements
- Degree in business, statistics, finance, hospitality management, or other analytical fields preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 3 years’ working experience preferred in an analytical field.
- Working knowledge of hotel operation systems and revenue management software preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and VBA programming.
- Strong analytical ability and logical thinking.
