Production & Planning Specialist for MICE AV Services, leading technical teams in event planning, production, and operations. Requires Nitec/Diploma in relevant fields and minimum 5 years of AV production experience. Proficiency in AV software and CAD is needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead MICE Technical team in planning, production, and operation.
- Control team's expense budget and assist in achieving targets.
- Review, manage, and plan the upselling of AV/Utility services.
- Work with Event/Sales Managers to provide AV/technical solutions.
- Assist with managing AV Technical and Electrical & Plumbing team performance.
- Manage Planning & Production Team schedule/operation.
Requirements
- Nitec in Electrical Technology (Lighting & Sound) or equivalent OR Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology or Media Post-Production or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of AV production and technical work coordination experience.
- Experience in valuations/operations and AV stage production.
- Proficiency in AV software and CAD.
- Able to work in a loud environment and fit to work odd long hours.
- PC literate (Win/Mac).
