Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain fire systems and equipment.
- Oversee other assigned systems and equipment.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate and supervise contractor maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely closure of Work Orders and proper documentation.
- Implement safe work practices and manage risk assessments.
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of hands-on experience in Fire and Life Safety systems.
- Understanding of local Fire and Life Safety regulations.
- Experience working outdoors and in various environmental factors.
- Good command of oral and written English.
- Computer literate.
