Key Responsibilities
- Lead Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians in repair and maintenance.
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders for operational, maintenance, and project activities.
- Implement fire safety management and ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage customer-driven quality programs and sustainability efforts.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in property operations, Building Services, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
- At least 2-3 years in a management position.
- Experience in Facilities or Engineering Management in large-scale properties.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
