Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Oversee high voltage switchboards, generators, and power monitoring systems.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with standards.
- Implement safe work practices and risk assessments.
- Manage budget, procure equipment, and develop SOPs.
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, or Professional certification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in a related hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge in High/Low voltage electrical, SCADA, Lift/Escalators, and Dry Fire System.
- Proficiency in Low Voltage power turn-on testing and procedures.
- Good command of English, communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
