Key Responsibilities
- Derive insights on member behavior in response to marketing offers.
- Provide estimates of future campaign expenses.
- Develop post-campaign analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze loyalty programs and optimize reinvestment.
- Design and automate reports, dashboards, and ETL processes.
- Apply advanced analytics, modeling, and machine learning on patron behavior.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or other analytical fields preferred.
- 1-2 years of practical experience in business analytics, customer analytics, or marketing analytics (fresh grads welcome for Associate Analyst).
- 2-4 years of practical experience or Master's degree for Analyst.
- Experience building and implementing predictive models and machine learning is a plus.
- Programming skills using analytical tools such as Base SAS, SAS EG, SQL, R or Python is required.
- Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau preferred.
