Casual Server (Black Tap) responsible for handling food and beverage orders, serving guests, and providing excellent service. Assist with restaurant setup, menu knowledge, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
- Provide friendly and excellent service to all guests.
- Assist with restaurant preparation and setup.
- Assist guests with requests and perform suggestive selling.
- Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation inquiries.
- Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes.
- Minimum 1 year in a guest service/contact role, preferably in hospitality.
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
