Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business users to understand processes and workflows.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system technical gaps.
- Work closely with software developers to ensure understanding of requirements.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to verify integration.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree undergraduate.
- 5 years of working experience.
- Must be familiar with hospitality solutions and industry practices.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide actionable solutions.
