Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce compelling content across diverse platforms.
- Lead and manage the full postproduction pipeline.
- Mentor and guide editors and postproduction talent.
- Establish and enforce best-in-class postproduction practices.
- Advise on preproduction planning and technical needs.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative leads.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in video editing or postproduction.
- Demonstrated leadership in a studio, agency, or in-house creative environment.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with online/offline editing workflows, proxy editing, and color pipelines.
