Talent Development Lead responsible for designing, curating, and delivering end-to-end learning curricula aligned with business priorities and future skills needs. Facilitate learning programs, support high-potential talent management, and partner with stakeholders to ensure program relevance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, curate, and improve learning curricula.
  • Translate strategies into learner-centric development programs.
  • Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
  • Facilitate learning programs for diverse audiences.
  • Support design and delivery of high-potential talent programs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent development/management or L&D.
  • Experience in curriculum design and program facilitation.
  • Exposure to high-potential or leadership development programs preferred.
  • Strong instructional design and learning architecture skills.
  • Confident, credible, and engaging facilitator.
