Talent Development Lead responsible for designing, curating, and delivering end-to-end learning curricula aligned with business priorities and future skills needs. Facilitate learning programs, support high-potential talent management, and partner with stakeholders to ensure program relevance and quality.

- Design, curate, and improve learning curricula.
- Translate strategies into learner-centric development programs.
- Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
- Facilitate learning programs for diverse audiences.
- Support design and delivery of high-potential talent programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in talent development/management or L&D.
- Experience in curriculum design and program facilitation.
- Exposure to high-potential or leadership development programs preferred.
- Strong instructional design and learning architecture skills.
- Confident, credible, and engaging facilitator.
