Key Responsibilities
- Manage MICE events from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Utilize Amadeus and EBMS for account management and CRM.
- Apply revenue management principles and optimize venue usage.
- Gain exposure to corporate, government, social, expo, and association sales teams.
- Coordinate event logistics, signage, and transportation.
- Manage banquet layouts, service flow, and event execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree undergraduate in final year or recent graduate.
- Less than 2 years of working experience.
- Ambitious, forward-thinking, with leadership potential.
