Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, excellent service to all Guests.
  • Assist staff with preparation, table set up and equipment handling.
  • Handle guest concerns and questions politely.
  • Supervise servers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Support Assistant Manager in achieving goals and Key Performance Objectives.
  • Handle and channel telephone messages and reservations.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year at supervisory level.
  • Food Safety, leadership training program.
  • Able to communicate effectively with both English and Mandarin-speaking guests.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.
