Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, excellent service to all Guests.
- Assist staff with preparation, table set up and equipment handling.
- Handle guest concerns and questions politely.
- Supervise servers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support Assistant Manager in achieving goals and Key Performance Objectives.
- Handle and channel telephone messages and reservations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year at supervisory level.
- Food Safety, leadership training program.
- Able to communicate effectively with both English and Mandarin-speaking guests.
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.
