Key Responsibilities
- Promote gaming products and services to target market segments, especially premium players.
- Prepare departmental financial planning strategy.
- Prepare market analysis specific to targeted premium segments.
- Develop marketing and promotion programs for premium market segments.
- Plan and involve in multiple marketing trips in South East Asia, Far East, and India.
- Establish personal relationships with Premium players.
Requirements
- Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years solid experience in casino marketing or player development from Indochina/Mongolia region.
- In-depth knowledge of gaming products and services offered at Paiza.
- In-depth knowledge of incentive programs offered by casinos in Macau, Australia, Far East, and South East Asia.
- General knowledge of junket licensing process.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
