F&B Service Attendant for a Chinese Restaurant (Pre-Opening). Key Responsibilities
- Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
- Provide friendly and excellent service.
- Assist with restaurant preparation and setup.
- Handle telephone and email reservation inquiries.
- Perform cashiering duties and operate POS system.
- Push and manage the dim sum trolley, including plating and serving.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year in guest service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization.
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
