Key Responsibilities
- Assist management in planning, coordinating, and managing staff and services.
- Lead a team of Captains, Service Attendants, Bartenders, and Hosts.
- Provide strong presence and leadership in absence of management.
- Minimize wastage and increase productivity in food preparation.
- Monitor cashiering procedures and restaurant cleanliness.
- Resolve guest issues and create a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma and extensive F&B experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience at a supervisory level in a 5-star hotel or deluxe restaurant.
- Basic service and operational knowledge.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to perform under pressure.
