  • Provide excellent service to loyalty program guests
  • Assist guests with their needs and requests
  • Manage Loyalty Club Membership counters
  • Assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands LifeStyle membership enrollment
  • Provide personalized service to Paiza LifeStyle members
  • Assist with Special Events and Promotions

Requirements

  • Secondary education preferred
  • Prior experience in Hospitality or Customer Service is advantageous
  • No experience required as training will be provided
  • Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends
