- Provide excellent service to loyalty program guests
- Assist guests with their needs and requests
- Manage Loyalty Club Membership counters
- Assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands LifeStyle membership enrollment
- Provide personalized service to Paiza LifeStyle members
- Assist with Special Events and Promotions
Requirements
- Secondary education preferred
- Prior experience in Hospitality or Customer Service is advantageous
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
- Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends
