- Escort guests to seats and provide excellent service.
- Assist staff with preparation and table setup.
- Maintain a pleasing and helpful attitude towards guests.
- Handle telephone messages and reservations.
- Direct guests and scatter them evenly at stations.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns and questions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Food Safety training.
- Leadership training program.
