Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to patron and stakeholder inquiries, requests, and feedback via email/phone.
  • Process reservation requests for rooms, flights, transfers, restaurants, and limousines.
  • Register patrons for casino events, tournaments, and promotions.
  • Process redemption of casino offers.
  • Maintain and record patron information, preferences, and tier entitlements accurately.
  • Collaborate with various teams to meet patron requirements and ensure high service levels.

Requirements

  • Diploma in a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in Call Center or Customer Service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including nights and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin or other Asian languages preferred.
  • Competent in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
