About the role
Marina Bay Sands, Singapore is seeking a Paiza Executive Host to provide excellent service to Paiza guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests with hotel rooms, transportation, managing membership counters, preparing gaming salons, and liaising with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and delightful service to all Paiza guests.
- Assist guests with arrival and departure arrangements (Hotel Room, Luggage, Transportation).
- Manage Paiza Membership counters and assist with enrollment.
- Prepare and ensure proper set-up of private gaming salons for Paiza guests.
- Assist with Special Events and Promotions.
- Work closely with stakeholders on guests’ requests and feedback.
Requirements
- Diploma in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service role preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Customer-focused, excellent team player, possess good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work various shifts, including nights and public holidays.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
