Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to casino guests and assist with their needs.
  • Assist guests with trip arrangements and follow-up.
  • Conduct guided MBS Casino familiarization tours.
  • Introduce programs to potential Paiza players.
  • Identify potential gaming patrons and work with sales team.
  • Provide personalized service and establish rapport with patrons.

Requirements

  • Diploma in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service role preferred.
  • Customer-focused, excellent team player, good problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Competent in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
