Key Responsibilities
- Develop department-specific eLearning content (scripts, videos).
- Customize PowerPoint and workbook content with the training team.
- Participate in the creation of the luxury service awareness campaign.
- Provide copywriting support for training initiatives.
- Support Hospitality event coverage, including editing videos and photos.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation or instructional design.
- Experience within hospitality or luxury industries.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, eLearning software, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in video creation or editing is a plus.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
